1. Content Writing & Blog Posts
If you cancel your order before our team has started writing, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
Once writing has started, we do not offer refunds — but we do offer unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until you are satisfied. Our writers are professionals who genuinely care about delivering content that works for your brand. If a piece misses the mark, we'll rewrite it.
Once a completed piece has been delivered and approved, it is considered final. Refunds are not available after client approval. If you discover an issue after approval, contact us and we will work to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

2. SEO Services
SEO is an ongoing process and results develop over time. We do not guarantee specific ranking outcomes — no ethical SEO provider can. What we guarantee is that the work will be done professionally, transparently, and in line with Google's guidelines.
If you prepay for multiple months and wish to cancel, we will refund the unused portion of your retainer. The current active month is non-refundable once work for that period has begun.
For one-time deliverables such as technical audits, keyword research reports, or on-page optimisation, refunds are available only if you cancel before work has commenced. Completed deliverables are non-refundable.

3. Web Design & Development
All web design and development projects require a deposit to begin. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers initial scoping, planning, and resource allocation.
Web projects are structured around milestones. If you choose to cancel mid-project, refunds are calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation:
- Milestone 1 not yet started: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- Milestone 1 complete: Refund for uncompleted milestones only
- Project 50%+ complete: No refund; all completed work is delivered to the client
- Project delivered: No refund
All completed work — design files, code, and assets — will be delivered to you upon project cancellation, regardless of refund status. You own what has been built.
4. Social Media Management
Social media management is billed monthly. If you prepay for multiple months and choose to cancel, unused full months will be refunded. Partial months are non-refundable once content creation or scheduling for that period has begun.
One-time setup fees — account audits, profile optimisation, content strategy documents — are non-refundable once delivered.
